We are particularly proud to announce that we are joining our efforts to those of Neuchâtel Ville de Goût 2017 (Neuchâtel City of Taste 2017) to promote and celebrate local Neuchâtel products this year. Several courses will be announced under this partnership in which we will give pride to our local fish (with chef Frôté, March 27) or absinthe (September 14).
