A dozen participants, a smiling teacher, a warm and relaxed atmosphere, simple and clear explanations, all the ingredients were gathered for a successful class!

Christian presented different cutting techniques that we then copied without cutting our fingers! Vegetables cut in julienne, in triangles, in sticks, turned, cutting techniques are no longer a mystery for us! And with his tips and tricks, cutting chicken never seemed so easy. To finish in style, we delighted ourselves with the delicious dishes we prepared. A big thank you for these beautiful culinary discoveries, I’m already looking forward to the next class!
