  • How to protect ourselves during our cooking classes

    As we want to minimize the risks, we would like to give you some information and recommendations before your next cooking class to ensure your safety, fun and enjoyment:

    - If you have symptoms of illness, fever, cough, loss of smell and taste, offer your place to someone else and do not come to the class.


    - Client contact information is gathered prior to the class. If you have offered the class to someone else or are coming with someone else, please give us the contact information of that person(s).

    - Guests should disinfect their hands with the hydro-alcoholic solution provided on arrival at the school and then wash them again with soap according to the instructions provided in the toilets. Gloves will also be made available to guests.

    - Guests and our staff are obliged to wear a new mask during the cooking class and until the meal is served. We will provide masks during the class for each participant. 

    -When we sit down to eat, we will not be able to respect the recommended distance between us. If anyone is uncomfortable with this, we ask you to take a few Tupperware containers and we will prepare the meal for you to take away.

    - Surfaces and objects will be cleaned at a regular rhythm after use.

    - We ask you to touch as few surfaces as possible.

    - We ask you to prefer payment by card rather than cash.

    The respect of these few rules will help us to ensure the protection of everyone and the smooth running of your class.

  • An effective way to beat boredom – our NEW online cooking classes in full high definition

    Unfortunately we can't meet at Les laboratoires culinaires, so we'd like to be in your kitchen. Our interactive online cooking classes are broadcast in a webinar format from our school at ISP Agencements in Cortaillod -- you can ask the chef questions on an ongoing basis. You will receive a shopping list and recipes in advance which will allow you to prepare yourself and cook directly with us. However, if you don't want to cook with us in real time, you can simply enjoy the class with a glass of wine and cook at a later time. You will be able to view the video at a later time as many times as you like.

  • Cooking class for kids with chef Chritophe Loeffel

    Friday, April 3rd, we will have top baking chef Christophe Loeffel as our guest on our LIVE cooking class for kids on Instagram. Christophe will make a fondant au chocolat with us and our little chefs. We look forward to "seeing you" on Friday!

  • Open cellar days at Grillette

    Like sitting by the open fire, in a Fall, warm atmosphere, come find yourself, meet us and taste our products as well as Grillette's wine!

    Possibility to fill your stomachs with small bites (our risotto prepared by chef Christian Wiehe, plates of Frères Alcala's pata negra and pata blanca...), animations for kids and plenty of ideas for your Christmas gifts.

    Among other tastings you'll find our other partners: Les Frères Alcala, La maison du Fromage - Sterchi, Jacot Chocolatier, et Absinthe Larusée.

  • Free cooking classes during the Salon de l'Immobilier NEuchâtelois

    On the occasion of the upcoming Salon de l'Immoblier Neuchâtelois (Real Estate Fair), we offer free cooking classes at our partner ISP Agencements' (stand 28-29) booth:

    Registration only on site, on ISP Agencements' booth. 8 places for each class.


    Otherwise we will also be present with our products for tasting on Sunday, April 29 on the village square of the Salon from 11am to 4pm. We look forward to seeing you all there!

  • Come and see us at the "Marché du terroir" on September 9th in Neuchâtel

    If you are passing through the city of Neuchâtel on September 9th, there will be a market of local products (Marché du terrior) in the framework of festivities of Neuchâtel The City of Taste 2017. We will be installed in a small chalet filled with some products that we will have made by then. There will be products that were presented at the Les Gloutons du lac (gomasio, preserved lemons and chili olive oil), but also new products and some products from our partners.

    Is it also an opportunity for you to fill up on granola. We are delighted to see you there!

  • Cooking by the lake is really great

    Les Gloutons du lac are over. The event went by very quickly, it was very intense but also amazing. 130 participants took part in our pop-up kitchen over 3 days. We saw marinades, borage, geranium, pineapple sage, basella, strawberry spinach ... only the Ndolé was missing.

    We got to know a lot of cooking enthusiasts and could share our passion throughout this wonderful weekend. Thank you to all our visitors and all the participants for all these great moments. We were truly spoiled.

    An immense THANK YOU also to Lena Brina, the wonderful tourist delegate of our city and to Eva Volery, without whom this entire event could never have seen the light of day. Thanks also to GastroNeuchâtel and Karen Allemann for their support and encouragement. Thank you to Monsieur Vincent for all his explanations and for these great moments gathering the plants in your company.

    Not to forget the whole team of Viteos, the Parks and Promenades Service, Cuisinox, Nuits de Folie, Baumann SA, Mr. Schiffelle (for his patience), the Urban Safety Department, the Infrastructure Department, MD -Security and Soundpatch.
