 What will happen if Les laboratoires culinaires cancel a class for which I registered?  

Les laboratoires culinaires will reimburse the customer the full amount paid or will issue a store credit (gift card) for that amount. The customer can set his preferred refund method at the time of registration in his account settings.

 
 
 Can I convert a gift card into cash?  

A gift card is not convertible into cash. However it can be transmitted to a third party.

 

 

 I enrolled in a class but I can not participate. Can I cancel and get a refund? 

The class registration is final. If you are unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to a third party, subject to notify us in writing no later than 6 hours before the start of the class.

 
 
 I suffer from a severe food allergy. How can I inform you about it?  
You must report any food allergies during check-out and notify us in writing (info@leslaboratoiresculinaires.com) no later than 10 working days before the date of the chosen class. Les laboratoires culinaires decline any responsibility in case of an allergic reaction not provided by the client.
 
 
 I got a gift card but the class I would like to participate is complete. What can I do ? 

The number of places available for our classes is limited. As we reject any form of favoritisms, we scrupulously respect the formula "first come, first serve." We recommend that you subscribe to our newsletter to stay informed about the introduction of new classes. Once you see a class that interests you, do not wait to register in order to secure your place.

 
 
 The class menu for which I enrolled changed. I would like to cancel my registration. 

Les laboratoires culinaires are dependent on many factors and do their best to make sure that the description of services corresponds to reality. No compensation can be received in this case and no cancellation is possible.

 
 
 I have an idea about a theme class to submit.  

All ideas are good and welcome. You can submit it in writing to info@leslaboratoiresculinaires.com. We try to answer each inquiry as best as possible.

 
 
 I took a class and I'm disappointed. How can I let you know?

 How do I order a gift card?  

Go to the "Gift Card" section in the main navigation bar of our website www.leslaboratoiresculinaires.com. Select the type of card you want to offer specifying an amount or choose "Choose a class" that you would like to offer. Then proceed to check-out to pay for your selected choice of gift card.

 
 
 I would like to organize a private event. How do I proceed?  

You can send us a brief description of your project (specifying the number of people expected, the possible date and the planned menu) by e-mail to info@leslaboratoiresculinaires.com. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

 
 
 How do I use my gift card as payment?  

The gift card is unique and has a unique reference number. Simply indicate this reference number in the PROMOTIONAL CODE area during check-out.
