Chef Décotterd regaled us in every sense of the word during a festive evening. He first charmed our ears by reading us his recipes than our nostrils with meat aromas escaping from hot pans and finally our eyes dressing these incredible dishes...But we will avoid telling you how our taste buds have feasted on this wonderful meal.
But the best part about it is that now we know how to prepare these recipes to delight our guests in return .... Thank you chef Décotterd for taking the time to share and transmit your knowledge with us.

Last night Les laboratoires culinaires' very first cooking class took place at OKA in Neuchâtel. The class had a end of the year holiday spirit as the talented and charming chef of Al Dente, Anita Lalubie (cooking program on RTS), lavished tips and advice to our participants on how to create a modern Christmas log (the traditional Swiss Christmas cake -- bûche de Noël). 2 flavours (lemon and chestnut) spiced up the chocolate fondant with a caramelised apple center.
We can honestly say that we had lots of fun with a group that not only enjoyed baking and eating but also had a fantastic sense of humour. Thank you again for this wonderful evening.

Last Tuesday took on beautiful autumn colors for Les laboratoires culinaires at OKA in Neuchâtel. The entire team met with the chef specialized in dietetics to test and taste the menu that will be taught during the class "Are you big on pumpkin?" on November 22. From gingerbread to ravioli passing through spaghetti pumpkin timbales, different varieties will be worked with to propose a complete class on this wonderful vegetable.
