Do you ever buy too much food and end up throwing good products in the bin?

Did you once buy some oyster sauce for a special recipe and never use it again? Tonka beans? Chick peas? Frozen lime leaves?

Here at Les Laboratoires Culinaires we hate waste.

This class will provide some inspiration for using up those lonely items in you fridge, freezer and cupboard and get your creative juices flowing.

How does it work?


Bring three item from your own fridge, freezer and cupboard that would otherwise end up in the bin
Together with chef Tom Mansfield you will unpack all the items and consider what is gastronomically possible.
We can then brainstorm some ideas and plan a gourmet three course menu.
The kitchen is equipped with numerous condiments and essentials (spices, butter, milk, etc.)
The next hour and a half is cooking time and the results should be spectacular!

All we ask from you is an openness to experiment, motivation to create and an appetite to indulge!
