Street food is a window to a country's culture, especially in South Korea. Take a stroll through the many streets and markets of Seoul, Busan or Myeong-Dong and you'll be fascinated by the smells, colors and variety of food on offer.


In some cities, street food feeds half the population every day, and food trucks can be found on every corner, sometimes filling entire streets. During this cooking class, alongside Thomas Mansfield, we'll prepare a selection of the tastiest and most classic Korean street food dishes (which we've been testing for you for months).

We'll prepare and taste together:

SSAM :
- Lettuce wraps with bulgogi chicken.

BAO "mignon" with hoisin mayo:

- Steamed buns with pork tenderloin.

KIMCHI (quick version - unfermented) : 
- Kimchi is a traditional Korean dish that dates back over 3,000 years. The tradition of making kimchi began as a way of fermenting and preserving vegetables during the cold winter.

GIMBAP :  
- Mega sushi stuffed with meat/tofu with omelette, fresh herbs and dipping sauce

GYERAN-MARI :
- Rolled omelettes

GLACE AUX SESAME NOIRE MINUTE
