A kebab isn't just a snack you eat to fill your stomach at three in the morning," says Serkan Adiyaman, owner of La Kebaberie in Colombier (NE). In Turkish, 'kebab' means 'grilled meat', nothing more.
The word 'homemade' is important, because in 2022, La Kebaberie achieved what no other kebab had done before: obtain the "Fait Maison" label from GastroSuisse. French fries, patties, sauces, falafels, cordon-bleus... everything is made downstairs.
With La Kebabrie, we bring you this cooking class dedicated to the artisanal preparation of kebab and a variety of side dishes. We'll dive into the culinary art of the Mediterranean as we learn how to make these delicious specialties from scratch.
We'll prepare together:
- Crispy, tasty falafels.
- Patties, essential for wrapping our delicious meat mixture.
- Crispy home fries, hand-cut and carefully seasoned for an unforgettable taste experience.
- A selection of authentic sauces.
- A fresh and colorful salad, made with seasonal vegetables and seasoned with a light and refreshing house dressing.
- Homemade nuggets, prepared with tender, flavorful chicken pieces, breaded and cooked to perfection.
