As soon as you arrive, you'll be served a welcome cocktail specially designed for the occasion, followed by a gourmet menu of surprising combinations.
On the menu:
- Welcome cocktail: Larusée Jaune liqueur de verveine, Mauler rosé demi-sec, fresh verveine, lemon
- Starter: Shrimp tartar with lime, blue absinthe espuma, pickles
- Main course: Semi-cooked salmon steak, gin and fresh herb sauce, caramelized baby carrots with gin
- Dessert: Caramelized pineapple compote with Falernum, lemongrass and Falernum ice cream, coconut espuma
