A playful and sensual culinary experience, perfect for couples looking to celebrate Valentine’s Day a week early! This cooking class with chef Thomas Mansfield invites you to share moments of fun and intimacy in the kitchen while learning refined techniques to prepare a delicious and elegant menu.
Starter:
- Hills of scallops and spring onion ribbon rolls with mozzarella and chives, served with a spicy beetroot dip.
Main :
- Butterfly chicken breast stuffed with ricotta and pistachios.
- Silky Hokkaido pumpkin purée and parmesan chips.
Dessert :
- Passion fruit pavlova with light whipped cream.
