Treat yourself to a delicious and intimate moment to share as a couple! This cooking class, led by Chef Thomas Mansfield, invites you to enjoy a fun and refined culinary experience. Through elegant techniques and delicate flavors, you will prepare a delightful menu together—perfect for celebrating love and the joy of being two.
Starter:
- Scallop rolls with chives
- Spicy beetroot dip
Main :
- Chicken breast stuffed with ricotta and pistachios, lemon sauce
- Asparagus in all its forms.
- Parmesan chips
Dessert :
- Passion fruit pavlova with whipped cream and vanilla ice cream.
