Freshly graduated from an apprenticeship at the Beau-Rivage Hotel in Neuchâtel where he got his CFC (Federal Certificate of Capacity) with the highest title of being number 1 in the Canton of Neuchâtel, this young 20-year-old chef now flourishes with passion in various projects related to gastronomy. Always in search of new flavors, he adores new challenges in terms of research and creation of gastronomic dishes that are in total respect of the local products.
