After winning the 1st prize in the cooking competition 'Le Chef c'est vous' in 2013, Vanessa undertook a professional reconversion in the world of gastronomy and opened La Maison Gourmande by offering her culinary unique and exceptional services in private homes. Her associations of flavors are her strength.

This technical and demanding discipline often neglects two fundamental values, health and ecology.

It is through her training in holistic nutrition that she now integrates more living and beneficial ingredients for the body, complete and unrefined flours, local, organic and seasonal from her 2 vegetable gardens cultivated in permaculture.
