Chef Pô is a pioneer of Thai street food in the French-speaking part of Switzerland. Born in Thailand but raised in Switzerland, he is passionate about cooking and never ceases to make the lucky ones discover his culture and to make them travel via the colors and flavors of friendship and sharing that characterize him.

Initiator of many alternative culinary projects, ephemeral restaurants, street food stands, he is also excellent when it comes to transmitting his knowledge and techniques in workshops and cooking classes.
