After a vocational training as a cook, Anita Lalubie discovers pastry and the passion that follows. She comes to Switzerland to collaborate with Philippe Chevrier and does not leave again. Co-host of Al Dente's culinary show on RTS, she is also working on a gluten-free, lactose free pastry book.
