Guided by a chef with deep experience of Thai cuisine, you’ll gain hands-on experience in essential techniques, ingredient selection, and the art of combining flavours to craft dishes that are as delightful to make as they are to eat. Whether you're a seasoned cook or a curious beginner, "Thai Classics" promises to inspire your culinary skills and deepen your appreciation for one of the world's most beloved cuisines.
The menu :
Skills learned: Knife work, balancing sweet-sour-salty-spicy flavours.
Skills learned: Infusing flavours, creating a silky soup texture.
- PAD THAI : (Thai Stir-Fried Noodles)
Classic stir-fried rice noodles with tamarind sauce, shrimp or tofu, egg, bean sprouts, and peanuts.
Skills learned: Stir-frying, making tamarind sauce from scratch, wok handling.
- RED CURRY WITH CHICKEN OR MUSHROOM:
A rich red curry with tender chicken, coconut milk and homemade curry paste.
Skills learned: Making curry paste, cooking a balanced curry.
- DESSERT : Flambéed lemon grass bananas with lime cream and ginger crumble
